April Work Party

Hello RTW!

I would like to get a date scheduled on my calendar for another work party in the month of April. I would like to see RTW continue to try and narrow the trail footprint on many of the 4x4 routes. I will attend the meeting this month and we can talk about which trails could use the work.

How about Sunday April 12th?

The second Wednesday is the 8th. Why might the meeting be the 15th?

Ohh. I just realized that the 12th is Easter. You guys probably have better things to do than working at Reiter. I would be open to working the 11th, or the following Sunday the 19th.

I am hoping to have 4 Trail closed for maintance signs made for this work party.

They are going to be 4' tall and 2' wide painted white with lettering and 2x4's on hinges to make a sort of sandwich board. I would like to get an RTW sticker of each sign.

Mike, so far so good, my plan is to cutup the plywwod today and get them ready for painting tomorrow.

So, make sure somebody brings a couple saws.

We will be hitting backdoor to finish the end, and maybe replace shit ripped out

9am meet time and we head out once we get the booth setup. Anybody have a small table? I can supply the cover.

Also, anybody know who has the RTW banner?

I made it as far as Gold Bar Family Grocer, (after seeing SpiderToy Don in in the Mickey D drive through)...got some trail grub, and my Heep wouldn't start. BIG thanks to Ann Typer for coming out to save my ass and follow me home...
It took a total of 4 jumps and buddy charges from her Dodge to get me back home.
Out to the garage to tear of the alternator to have it tested, wish me luck.
I hope the work party went well, I'm pissed I couldn't make it. :mad::mad::mad:

I am VERY sorry for not making it yesterday, spent the whole day in bed with no energy and what seamed like flu symptoms. slept like 16 hours. feeling better today but still not quite right.

GF was in town from WSU and when she left i put the new pressure switch in my ARB compressor and realized the sealing rubber O-ring on the air tank had blown out, so i didnt want to come out half assed
