Thread deleting

If you're going to delete threads about the unprofessional actions of your members, how about you see to it that they are reprimanded and that a PM is sent to those involved? Seems civalized enough doesn't it? Is that asking for too much?

After all, you made these folks a member and their actions are a direct reflection of this entire orginization, good or bad.

I would suggest bring the subject up at the proper time during the upcoming meeting, in a polite manner, as it is an issue that needs to be addressed.

The subject brought up at the RTW Meeting should be the Message, not the fact that a thread was deleted here in this Forum.

I will attempt to answer you question regarding the Forum here and now.

1. The Subject of the deleted thread was of a type that could have lead to a type of flame war here on the RTW Forum.

2. Finger Pointing, Name Calling and Drama are not acceptable behavior at this forum and will not be allowed by the Forum Administrator or the Moderators. Any of the above would have deleted the thread as in appropriate as soon as they saw it.

3. Disagreement and discussion is welcome, as long as it is done in a polite manner with out getting down and dirty with Name Calling, Finger Pointing and unneeded Drama. It is expected that we will have different points of view expressed and hopefully polite discussion on those difference with help to educate all of us.

I hope this has answer both members questions, but if not, please let me know how it did not and we can discuss it.
