RTW meeting
pres. report-
no new news
V.P. report-
focus group meeting 4th Wed. of the month
DNR still waiting on how to manage Reiter foot hills,they need the SEPA to pass before any permits are issued.
Recreation expo in Monroe April 31st. to May 1st.
RTW will be there to help run it with the DNR.
It is mostly a non motorized event but we will start making our presence there,hopefully PNW and WOW will do this too in the future.
Charlies report-
NOVA fund is at 5.5 mil. and looks secured at this time
Any money coming back to the NOVA fund would go to Reiter foot hills
Any tow vehicle or street lic. trail vehicle would have to buy the $30 DNR access pass for each rig.Trailers and ORV tagged vehicles do not have to have it.
SEPA is getting closer
Permits-the county has no regulation for ORV trail regulation so the DOE will look into what is needed,drainage etc.
Trail construction-talk about youth volunteers and corporations being apart of it.
